When you see an item you like, click on "Add to Bag" and continue shopping. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on "My Bag" to confirm your items. After you've made any changes and updated to the quantities as desired, click on "My Bag", then click on "Checkout" to complete your order. How do I use my store credit/gift certificates?
Store credits and gift certificates can not be redeemed online at this time. Please call the store at 415-928-1800 between 12-5 to place your order. You can also send us an email with your name, address, telephone number, and items you would like to order online, and a picture of the store credit receipt or gift certificate. We will call once we receive the order to verify the payment.
You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information

What will shipping cost?
Shipping charges will depend on the amount of your total purchase and your delivery method. Currently, we are offering free shipping on orders over $100.
At this time we do not offer international shipping through our website. If you wish to make a purchase and ship outside the US, send us an email at email@example.com.
Do you charge tax?
Within California 8.50% will be charged, if your order is being shipped out of state, no tax will be charged, however, freight and handling will be added to your bill.
How do I track my order?
Find the FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at either www.fedex.com,www.ups.com,or to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site.
How does the sizing work?
This is general sizing, some measurements depending on style will vary. Please refer to our sizing page for charts and tips.
What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we will be out of certain items. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation. Please contact us anytime with questions regarding out of stock items.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once an order has been placed we are unable to modify it. The order must be canceled and then a new order placed.
How do I return or exchange an online purchase?
Your order will come with a return/exchange sheet. Please fill it out and send the package back to the store. Please note items marked Final Sale may not be exchanged or returned. Do you offer price adjustments?

Do you gift wrap?
All sunhee moon orders come wrapped in tissue and a gift note can be added upon request.

Policy for Online Orders
We at Sunhee Moon love our product and know that you will love everything you purchase. If you find this not to be the case, we will accept returns, for approved items, for the full purchase price (excluding shipping), within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Items approved for returns will be noted on the pre-authorized web return sheet included with your order. They must be unworn and unwashed in the perfect condition they were sent.
Sale items may be exchanged for another item or store credit only. Face Masks and home goods are final sale and may not be returned.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Please fill out the web order exchange form that was included with your purchase and include it with your exchange. Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the return BEFORE sending it back so we can give you proper mailing instructions as well as note the date.
Please be advised that freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are making an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping charges for your new order. If you want an exchange to be shipped overnight, the expedited charge for shipping will be charged to your account.

Covid-19 Safety Information
Stay Safe: All customers and staff are required to wear masks in the store. Don't have one, buy one here.
Give it a try: Fitting rooms will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each use including hooks, surfaces, and hangers.
It's Clean: All surfaces (tables, door handles, shelves, jewelry counters, ect will be sanitized several times throughout the day.
Stay Home: Don't feel 100%? Stay at home and shop online. Chat with us or give us a call if you have styling questions.
What if I want a personal shopping experience?
Book an 1-1 appointment here. It will just be you and our stylist. Appointments are 45 minutes and will be available everyday. Bookings must be made before 7 pm the day before to ensure we will have a stylist available to work with you.
If you can't make your booking, please call us at 415-928-1800 or initiate a chat with us to let us know. We would appreciate a courtesy 24 cancellation call, so we may book that time slot with another customer.
