How do I place an order?

When you see an item you like, click on "Add to Bag" and continue shopping. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on "My Bag" to confirm your items. After you've made any changes and updated to the quantities as desired, click on "My Bag", then click on "Checkout" to complete your order. 

Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you prefer not to place your order online, you may contact Customer Service to assist you with placing an order over the phone at 415.928.1800.*Please do not send sensitive information via e-mail*


What forms of payment does Sunhee moon accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa• MasterCard• American Express• Discover. We also accept online store credit and gift cards. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to a California address. All other addresses outside of California are exempt from sales tax.  

Promotions and Discounts

You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and shipping charges are non-refundable. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments at this time. Please note that promotion codes require account log-in to use. If you are having trouble applying a discount code, try creating or logging in to a account.

How do I use my store credit/gift certificates?

Store credits and gift certificates are issued a coupon code that can be applied at checkout. Please call us at 415-928-1800 between 12-5 Monday-Friday to verify the code. You can also send us an email with your name, address, and telephone number.

You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information

What will the shipping cost?

Shipping charges will depend on the amount of your total purchase and your delivery method. We are offering complimentary shipping on orders over $195 US Only

Currently, we are offering international shipping. 


How do I track my order?

Find the FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at either,, or to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's website.


How does the sizing work?

This is general sizing, some measurements depending on style will vary. Please refer to our sizing page for charts and tips.


What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we will be out of certain items. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation. Please contact us anytime with questions regarding out-of-stock items.


How do I modify or cancel an order?

We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once an order has been placed we are unable to modify it. The order must be canceled and then a new order placed.


How do I return an online purchase?

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery or pick up. Items returned must be in their original condition. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange, or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Sale items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only. Intimates, beauty products, candles, masks, and apothecary are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Any Final Sale item that is returned will be returned back to you, we will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund. Your order will come with a return/exchange sheet. Please be advised that freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Mail all returns to: Sunhee Moon Returns 1198 S. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. How do I exchange an item?

We are not able to process online exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us at 415-928-1800. We will waive all standard shipping for exchanges unless it is expedited freight which will then be charged to the customer. 

Missing/Stolen Orders

If your order says it has been delivered but you did not receive it, please allow for a 2-day waiting period as the package might have been delivered to the wrong address. After this 2-day period, please contact for assistance to file a claim on your order. Sunhee Moon cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Do you gift wrap?

All Sunhee Moon orders come wrapped in tissue and a gift note can be added upon request. Please notate this request in the notes field at check-out.

Stay Safe: All customers and staff are required to wear masks in the atelier. Don't have one, buy one here.

Give it a try: Fitting rooms will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each use including hooks, surfaces, and hangers. 

It's Clean: All surfaces will be sanitized several times throughout the day. 

Stay Home: Don't feel 100%? Stay at home and shop online. Chat with us or give us a call if you have styling questions. 

What if I want a personal shopping experience? 

Book an atelier appointment here. It will just be you and our stylist. Fill out the form so we can pull those requested items for you to try on. The appointments are 60 minutes and there is no charge. Bookings must be made 24 hours before to ensure we will have a stylist available to work with you.
