When you see an item you like, click on "Add to Bag" and continue shopping. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on "My Bag" to confirm your items. After you've made any changes and updated to the quantities as desired, click on "My Bag", then click on "Checkout" to complete your order. What will the shipping cost?
Shipping charges will depend on the amount of your total purchase and your delivery method. All orders are shipped Priority Mail or First Class. Priority Mail packages are insured for $50.00 and First Class packages have no insurance. Please view our

Do you charge tax?
Within California 8.625% will be charged, if your order is being shipped out of state, no tax will be charged, however, freight and handling will be added to your bill.

How do I track my order?
Find the FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at either, or to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site.

How does the sizing work?
This is general sizing, some measurements depending on style will vary. Please refer to our 
sizing page for charts and tips.

What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we will be out of certain items. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation. Please contact us anytime with questions regarding out of stock items.

How do I modify or cancel an order?
We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once an order has been placed we are unable to modify it. The order must be canceled and then a new order placed.
