We at Sunhee Moon love our product and know that you will love everything you purchase. If you find this not to be the case, we will accept returns for the full purchase price (excluding shipping) or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is a gift, we can make special arrangements prior to the shipping of the initial order.
Please email us first to
returns@sunheemoon.com to notify us of the return BEFORE sending it back so we can give you proper mailing instructions as well as note the date. Returned items must have all labels attached and proof of purchase, as well as never been worn and be in the same perfect condition they were sent to you.
Please be advised that freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are making an exchange, we will waive the Standard shipping charges for your new order. If you want an exchange to be shipped overnight, the Express charge for shipping will be charged to your account.
